Any exterior changes to your home or landscape requires that an architectural request be submitted for review and approval. This applies to removing landscape material, changing the exterior paint color, installing security doors, etc. Please ensure you use a current Architectural Change Request form. The application is in the resource center of this website or by contacting the Management Office. Any changes done without approval can be required to be undone if found to not be consistent with the overall look of the community or to be in violation of the governing documents.

To avoid compliance issues or possible fines,trash cans need to be stored out of public view behind the yard gate of home or hidden behind the partition on the side of the house if one exists.
